Job summary

Avison Young is seeking a proactive Workplace Experience professional to lead a comprehensive FM service for our flagship Manchester office, coordinating 3rd party providers, HSE requirements and daily operations to deliver exceptional facilities support.

You will champion health and safety, maintain ISO documentation, manage inductions and audits, and act as a trusted point of contact for the local team, ensuring a safe, efficient and welcoming work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide a user focused office FM solution built on exceeding expectations, acting as local main point of contact for facilities.
• Demonstrate the Behaviours Playbook and uphold company policies.
• Promote health and safety within the office and ensure compliance with all policies.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations with 3rd party services (cleaning, hygiene, M&E, landlord services).
• Manage stationery, printing needs, and essential office supplies.
• Onboard new Avison Young colleagues and conduct site inductions for contractors.
• Log facilities requests via the helpdesk and monitor progress to completion.
• Liaise with building management to ensure smooth operation of common services.
• Maintain ISO documentation and assist with BC planning and audits.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of purchase orders and invoices.
