Job summary

The role involves regular travel to the Manchester Warehouse and occasional trips to London for training and broader team support. Strong org skills and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple requests across sites.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with help desk systems a plus.
• Proactive in identifying issues and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Workspace & Facilities Oversight: act as first point of contact for premises queries, ensure SLAs/KPIs met, oversee front-of-house operations and on-site support at Manchester office & warehouse.
• Stakeholder, Vendor & Event Coordination: build relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, cover reception, arrange NDA processes, coordinate on-site events.
• Team Support & Communication: assist Workspace Ops team, update floor plans, arrange small works/moves, brief suppliers for branding and install/removal, maintain clear docs.
