Job summary

The Tynemouth Castle Inn, part of the Inn Collection Group, is recruiting for a Front of House team member. The venue sits in an art deco setting overlooking Longsands Beach with 250 internal and 300 external covers, plus a fish & chip takeaway and ice cream & coffee parlour.

As part of our Front of House team you will greet guests, take orders, serve dishes and drinks, and help create a warm, memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as the first point of contact.
• Take orders and deliver food and drinks from the kitchen and bar.
• Serve dishes from the kitchen and recommend drinks from the selection.
• Maintain a welcoming, efficient front-of-house service and support a positive guest experience.
