Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Front of House Team member to welcome guests, take orders, and deliver a memorable dining experience at our coastal pub-restaurant in Tynemouth. You’ll be the friendly face that helps guests feel at home, with a passion for hospitality and a positive, energetic attitude.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll greet guests, take orders, serve dishes from the kitchen, and recommend drinks from our curated selection, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and greet them with a warm, friendly smile.
• Take orders accurately and service dishes from the kitchen.
• Recommend drinks from our beverage selection to guests.
• Ensure a high standard of hospitality and attentive service on the front line.
• Contribute to a lively, enjoyable atmosphere and teamwork across the FOH staff.

Sitting in a commanding position overlooking the expansive Longsands Beach, this art deco-style building has been completely renovated. Located in Tynemouth, it offers stunning views of the coastline and easy access to the seafront. The building houses a pub restaurant with 250 internal and 300 external covers, a fish and chip takeaway, and an ice cream and coffee parlour, adding to the vibrant coastal experience.
