About the Role

As a junior front of house manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating positive experiences for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development, own your shifts, and drive performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Running shifts and planning staffing
• Managing labour, rotas, and understanding financial performance
• Recognizing and celebrating team achievements
