About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join our team. You will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing your team, supporting shift operations, and driving performance.

Responsibilities:

• Support and develop your team to achieve high standards
• Manage shifts, plan staffing, and ensure excellent customer service
• Understand labour management, rotas, and contribute to financial performance
