About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join our team. As a growing leader, you'll care passionately about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to drive performance.

Responsibilities:

• Support and motivate your team to maintain high standards
• Manage shifts, plan staffing, and ensure proper coverage
• Understand and manage labour, rotas, and learn about financial performance
• Recognize and celebrate excellent performance on shift
