Front of House Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader to lead, motivate, and encourage our team to deliver an exceptional guest experience at Minster Tavern.

Responsibilities include:

• Working alongside the management team to realize our shared vision.
• Maintaining smooth operations and consistency.
• Fostering a warm and welcoming environment where guests feel comfortable and valued.

Our food offerings include hearty pub classics like burgers and fish and chips. The Minster Tavern, located opposite Ely Cathedral's west tower and near the High Street shops, is Ely's oldest pub, reputedly "just a little bit haunted." We host popular events like Tuesday quiz nights and show live sports for our guests.
