Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant supervisor or senior FOH role.
• Ability to lead a team during busy services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and seat guests.
• Manage your own section and ensure excellent service.
• Support and guide the front-of-house team during service.
• Liaise with reservations on bookings, tables and guest requests.
• Manage restaurant flow and ensure timely table turns.
• Open and close the restaurant.
• Complete opening and closing checks for service readiness.
• Handle guest queries confidently and resolve issues.
• Support management with day-to-day restaurant operations.
