BAO Soho is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to help lead smooth, joyful service and support the front of house team on shift. This hands-on role suits someone confident on the floor, great with people, and looking to progress into leadership.

You’ll oversee sections during busy service, train new starters, handle guest feedback, and support managers with floor plans and briefings. A warm, proactive team player is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the FOH team during busy shifts and acting as shift lead when needed
• Running sections and helping keep service smooth, efficient, and joyful
• Training new starters and sharing knowledge with the team
• Handling guest feedback and ensuring high standards of service and presentation
• Supporting managers with floor plans, checklists, and daily briefings
• Being a reliable and positive presence on the floor
