Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and seat guests.

We’re looking for someone who

• Has previous experience in a restaurant supervisor or senior FOH role
• Is confident leading a team during busy services
• Has excellent customer service and communication skills, fluent in English, and preferably also Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese.
• Is organised, reliable and able to work independently
• Has a good eye for detail and takes pride in the restaurant
• Can stay calm and positive when things get busy
• Is flexible and happy to get stuck in wherever needed
