Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality roles such as supervisor or team leader.
• Ability to lead on floor and coach staff during service.
• Strong focus on service standards, cleanliness and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts to deliver great service.
• Support management with day-to-day operations and standards.
• Coach and motivate the team, define roles, ensure confident service.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling.
• Handle customer queries or complaints and turn visits into great experiences.
• Contribute to driving sales and managing the bar and pass.
