Job summary

Paladar, a creative Latin American restaurant in Greater London, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to ensure smooth service across shifts. You will manage your section, greet guests, and coordinate with reservations to meet guest needs.

The role requires previous supervisor or senior FOH experience, excellent customer service and English fluency, with flexible availability Tuesday to Sunday. Salary £15.5–£17 hourly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant supervisor or senior FOH role
• Fluent in English; Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese preferred
• Organised, reliable, able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and seat guests.
• Manage own section and ensure excellent service.
• Support front‑of‑house team during service.
• Liaise with reservations team on bookings and guest requests.
• Manage restaurant flow and turn tables efficiently.
• Open and close the restaurant.
• Complete opening/closing checks.
• Handle guest queries professionally.
• Support management with day‑to‑day operations.
