wagamama is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead a busy restaurant in Chichester. You will energise the team, oversee guest experiences, and keep service moving smoothly from shift to shift.

You’ll partner with the management team to plan coverage, manage labour and rotas, coach colleagues, and drive continuous improvement with a Kaizen mindset. In return, you’ll enjoy biweekly pay, a strong culture, and clear progression.

Qualifications

• Experienced in running and planning shifts to ensure proper cover and strong team cohesion.
