wagamama is seeking a junior front of house manager to lead service in a busy London restaurant. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth service, mentor your team, and step in when busy, while backing your crew so guests leave eager to return.

In this role you’ll apply a kaizen mindset, look for small improvements, and help the team excel in guest experience, hospitality standards, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
