Job summary

wagamama ltd is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead with energy, coordinate seamless service, and inspire the team to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will work closely with the management team to run a vibrant restaurant, supporting staff development and maintaining high standards throughout service.

The role emphasises coaching, shift planning, and a kaizen mindset, with responsibilities including problem-solving on the fly and driving continuous improvement across the guests'

Qualifications
