Job Title: Front of House Manager | Location: York Designer Outlet | Full Time

Please note that this role is based at Wagamama York Designer Outlet (Unit 201-202 St Nicholas Ave, York YO19 4TA).

The Role

As a Front of House Manager, you will be a leader dedicated to creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You will support and coach your team to excel, drive restaurant performance, and achieve excellent results.

• Has experience in shift planning and management, with a love for coaching on the go
• Understands managing labour, rotas, and the financial performance of the restaurant
