Sodexo Ltd. is seeking a Front of House Manager in Telford to lead a busy corporate site, delivering exceptional workplace experiences. You will oversee Reception, Cleaning, Porterage, Hospitality, Catering and Waste Management, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and compliance with health and safety, with opportunities for career development within a large organisation.

Formación

• Previous facilities management experience across Soft and Hard FM.
• Experience leading teams, coaching and training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients at all levels.
• Financially astute with budget experience.
• Experience in Hard FM with risk assessment and compliance knowledge.
• Desirable: NEBOSH, Authorising Person, Risk Assessment, ISO Internal Auditor knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Facilities Manager in overseeing all site services to meet SLAs and KPI targets.
• Provide leadership across Reception, Cleaning, Porterage, Hospitality, Catering, Waste Management.
• Act as escalation point for operational issues and incidents during the Facilities Manager's absence.
• Monitor service quality via inspections, audits and reviews and drive improvements.
• Ensure health and safety, food safety, COSHH, fire safety compliance on site.
• Assist with budget tracking and operational reporting.
• Promote Sodexo values and high service standards.
• Develop client relationships with suppliers and contractors.

Join Sodexo as a Front of House Manager in Telford,where you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional workplace experiencewithin a busy, high-profile corporate environment.

Supporting the FacilitiesManager, you'll oversee a range of services including reception, cleaning,porterage, hospitality, catering and waste management, ensuring everything runssmoothly and the highest standards of service are maintained.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead teams, build strong client relationships and makea real difference to the day-to-day experience of everyone on site.

What you'll do: Support the Facilities Manager in overseeing all site services, ensuring safe, efficient delivery in line with contractual requirements, SLAs, KPIs and client expectations.

Provide visible leadership across Reception, Cleaning, Porterage, Hospitality, Catering, Waste Management and support services, coaching teams and managing performance, training and staffing levels.

Act as the key point of escalation for operational issues, customer concerns and incidents, taking responsibility for site operations in the Facilities Manager's absence.

Monitor service quality and performance through inspections, audits and reviews, implementing improvements and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors.

Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, food safety, COSHH, fire safety, company policies and operational procedures, promoting a strong safety culture across the site.

Support budget management, operational reporting, compliance records, customer experience initiatives and continuous improvement, promoting Sodexo values and delivering excellent service standards.

What you bring: Previous facilities management experience, ideally across both Soft and Hard FM services.

Proven experience managing teams, providing leadership, motivation, coaching and training.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, customers and colleagues at all levels.

Financially astute, with experience managing budgets and controlling operational costs.

Experience in Hard FM, with relevant technical knowledge and an understanding of risk assessments and compliance.

Desirable: NEBOSH qualification, Authorising Person certification, Risk Assessment certification and ISO Standards Internal Auditor qualification.
