Sodexo Ltd. is seeking a Front of House Manager in Telford to lead a busy corporate site, delivering exceptional workplace experiences. You will oversee Reception, Cleaning, Porterage, Hospitality, Catering and Waste Management, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and compliance with health and safety, with opportunities for career development within a large organisation.

Qualifications

• Previous facilities management experience across Soft and Hard FM.
• Experience leading teams, coaching and training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients at all levels.
• Financially astute with budget experience.
• Experience in Hard FM with risk assessment and compliance knowledge.
• Desirable: NEBOSH, Authorising Person, Risk Assessment, ISO Internal Auditor knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Manager in overseeing all site services to meet SLAs and KPI targets.
• Provide leadership across Reception, Cleaning, Porterage, Hospitality, Catering, Waste Management.
• Act as escalation point for operational issues and incidents during the Facilities Manager's absence.
• Monitor service quality via inspections, audits and reviews and drive improvements.
• Ensure health and safety, food safety, COSHH, fire safety compliance on site.
• Assist with budget tracking and operational reporting.
• Promote Sodexo values and high service standards.
• Develop client relationships with suppliers and contractors.
