Job summary

Accor is seeking a front-of-house host to warmly welcome guests and provide personalised service in a hotel environment in the United Kingdom. You will be easily identifiable to guests, helping to ensure their comfort, wellbeing and loyalty by building a friendly relationship and managing taxi arrivals in front of the hotel.

You will respond to information requests, connect guests with the right team members, and address objections or complaints promptly while maintaining the highest service

Qualifications

• Demonstrated guest relations and customer service excellence.
• Ability to handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Strong communication with team and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalised welcome to guests.
• Manage taxi flow and direct guests to appropriate staff.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly, escalating when needed.
• Maintain exceptional service standards with the team.
• Ensure front-of-house presence is professional and approachable.
• Record and report guest feedback to the head of department.
