Job summary

Accor in the United Kingdom is seeking a bubbly, confident Guest Relations Coordinator to join our team. This varied role focuses on connecting with guests, creating memorable experiences, and supporting hotel operations.

You will welcome guests in the lobby, assist VIPs, respond to reviews, support Finance/Commercial tasks, and help HR with engagement initiatives. This is an hourly role paying £14.80 with incentives.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience or guest-facing role is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, flexible, hands-on attitude with ability to work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Be a welcoming, engaging presence in the lobby, building genuine connections with guests.
• Look after VIP guests, ensuring personalised and memorable experiences.
• Respond to and follow up on online guest reviews and feedback.
• Support Finance and Commercial teams with administrative tasks and coordination.
• Assist HR with employee engagement activities, events and initiatives.
