Job summary

Talent Catch UK is recruiting a confident Front of House Representative for a growing hospitality client. You’ll be the first person guests meet, delivering warmth, professionalism and a positive first impression in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll welcome visitors, assist with bookings and enquiries, route guests to the right person, and help maintain a clean, organised front of house. Previous experience in hotels, restaurants or retail is useful, with training and development available.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and visitors, managing bookings and enquiries, answering calls, directing customers to the right person or area and providing general support throughout their visit.
• Maintaining a clean and professional front of house environment, communicating with different departments and handling customer questions in a calm and helpful way.
• A big part of the opportunity is simply making sure people feel looked after.
