Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform order taking and maximize sales through product knowledge and upselling.
• Take orders and send to kitchen via POS system.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure correct presentation and temperature.
• Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy per procedures.
• Take responsibility for designated section and station.
• Assist Room Service as needed and answer calls promptly.
• Follow supervisor directions and hotel management requirements.
