Job summary

JHR Recruitment is seeking a Customer Host / Front of House to cover two sites in LS15 and Harrogate. This full-time role combines hospitality, reception and general operational support, delivering a warm welcome and high standards of presentation across both locations.

You will greet visitors, handle day-to-day queries, manage meeting room bookings, assist with catering and admin tasks, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a busy customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception is valued.
• Professional and well-presented with clear communication.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and stay organised with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers and visitors; provide excellent service.
• Act as friendly, approachable point of contact for queries.
• Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are ready for use.
• Support with post, deliveries and general requests.
• Prepare refreshments and keep kitchens and refreshment areas clean and stocked.
• Assist with catering and event set-ups; maintain high presentation across locations.
• Carry out routine checks and report maintenance or cleanliness issues.
• Provide general admin support including data entry and record-keeping.
