JH Recruitment & Consultancy is seeking a Customer Host / Front of House to work across two locations in LS15 and Harrogate. The role combines front-of-house greeting, hospitality and administration to ensure spaces are welcoming and well presented.

You will manage bookings, handle daily customer queries, assist with catering and events, and support ongoing operations while travelling between sites. A customer-service background is preferred and professionalism is essential.

• Meet and greet customers and visitors, providing excellent service.
• Manage meeting room bookings and prepare rooms.
• Assist with post, deliveries and general requests.
• Prepare refreshments and keep areas clean and stocked.
• Support catering and meetings/events setup.
• Ensure reception and communal areas are well presented.
• Perform routine checks for cleanliness and presentation.
• Report maintenance needs.
• Complete routine health and safety checks.
• Monitor and replenish stock.
• Provide general admin support including data entry.
• Collaborate with team to run two locations smoothly.
