Job summary

Rendall & Rittner is seeking a Day Doorperson to join the front-of-house team at Centre Point, WC1A. You will welcome residents and guests, manage the lobby, handle deliveries and contractor access, and maintain security and presentation to the highest standards.

The role requires a polished, discreet professional with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to work a 4 days on, 4 days off rota, 07:00–19:00.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house experience in luxury settings is required.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV and safety procedures.
• Experience coordinating deliveries and contractors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests with a warm, polished manner.
• Manage lobby, arrivals/departures, and provide local directions.
• Log deliveries and manage keys with accuracy.
• Monitor access, CCTV, and safety checks during shifts.
• Coordinate contractor access per site procedures.
