NHS Professionals in Worcestershire is seeking a Front of House Administrator to join the MSK Services team. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) from 8:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday, offering a friendly, organised and professional front-of-house service.
You will support daily administration and reception tasks, handle enquiries, manage post and records, and ensure patients and staff receive a courteous, efficient service in a busy NHS environment.

Pay and duration: £12.71 per hour, 3 months with possible extension
We are looking for a friendly, organised and professional Front of House Administrator to join our team at MSK Services in Worcestershire.
This is a varied administrative and reception-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent organisational skills and can provide a high standard of customer service in a busy environment.
You will provide essential administrative support to the service, helping ensure that day-to-day processes run smoothly and that patients, staff and healthcare professionals receive a professional and helpful service.
You’ll also need either a vocational Level 3 qualification or at least 2 years' relevant experience.
