Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital is seeking a Front of House Administration Team Leader to coordinate a busy administration team and ensure outstanding patient experiences from enquiry to treatment.

You will lead scheduling, registrations and front-of-house services, coach the team and drive service excellence using KPIs while maintaining accuracy of patient data and bookings. The role offers a supportive environment with a competitive salary and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a front-of-house/admin team.
• Proven ability to manage appointments and patient pathways.
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the front of house administration team, creating a high-performing and engaged culture.
• Ensure an exceptional patient experience across all touchpoints, from first contact through to arrival and treatment.
• Oversee appointment bookings, registrations and front-of-house services.
• Manage staffing, annual leave, training and day-to-day operational performance.
• Use performance data and KPIs to identify improvements and drive service excellence.
• Act as an escalation point for patient, consultant and colleague concerns.
• Build strong working relationships with consultants, clinical teams and hospital stakeholders.
