Qualifications

• Experience leading a front-of-house or admin team.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to manage patient pathways.
• Good IT skills with Microsoft Office and patient administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the front of house administration team, creating a high-performing and engaged culture.
• Ensure an exceptional patient experience across all touchpoints, from first contact through to arrival and treatment.
• Oversee appointment bookings, registrations and front-of-house services.
