Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Customer Liaison Representative to greet visitors at the Link Facility, direct them appropriately and act as the face of the service. You will review bookings, support supervisors and ensure a high-quality visitor experience at the site near Warton & Samlesbury.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, strong communication, and the ability to gain SC clearance where required. Hours are full-time, with a UK-based shift pattern. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to contribute as a member of a team to achieve positive outcomes and provide quality service to customers.
• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, monitor and co-ordinate a range of prescribed processes, to achieve tight deadlines and desired outcomes with due regard to accuracy.
• Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service.
• Acceptable level of interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with customers and staff at all levels in both written and spoken English.
• Must have the ability to gain SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers to ensure a welcoming, safe atmosphere.
• Be the first point of contact for clients on arrival.
• Review bookings via the Kiosk booking system.
• Provide feedback to the Team Leader and support Supervisors.
• Coordinate visitor management and seating planning.
• Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions to maintain standards.
