Job summary

Soho House Group is seeking a Receptionist to deliver seamless front-of-house service and support daily club operations. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, setting a tone of discretion, efficiency, and elegance from the moment they arrive.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in a front desk role within luxury hospitality or private members clubs, excellent communication, and a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of front desk experience required.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or private members clubs.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in reservation systems (Opera, OpenTable, or equivalent).
• Calm under pressure with a guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests by name and welcome them warmly.
• Answer high-volume phone lines for reservations and inquiries.
• Provide menus, hours of operation, and amenity information to guests.
• Maintain a clean and safe reception area and coat check.
• Manage guest lists on the floor level, club, and Rooftop as applicable.
• Assist management with new hires by training Soho Standards.
• Keep updated knowledge of facilities, events, and policies to inform guests confidently.
