Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Welcome Host at The Isaacs Building in Sheffield to deliver a hospitality-led, front-of-house experience for occupiers, visitors, and guests. You will act as the face of the building and work closely with Building Management to ensure professional service and a welcoming environment.

The role focuses on delivering proactive customer support, building relationships, and coordinating daily front-of-house activities.

Qualifications

Essential experience in premium front-of-house, hospitality, customer service, or customer experience environments.
Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
Experience supporting events, workplace activations, or community engagement initiatives.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage diverse customer needs.

Responsibilities

Deliver a warm, professional, and people-first experience for occupiers, visitors, and guests.
Provide proactive and personalised support, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
Act as a key contact for occupiers, responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Build relationships to enhance satisfaction and engagement; gather feedback to improve the workplace experience.
Coordinate daily reception and front-of-house activities with facilities teams and management.
