Job summary

ISS Facility Services is seeking a Workplace Experience Host for an internal role reported to the Go To Lead. You will act as an ambassador for the client's brand, culture and values, delivering engaging interactions for colleagues and guests and ensuring outstanding service remains at the heart of everything you do.

The ideal candidate is positive, well-organised, detail-oriented and capable of building strong relationships.

Qualifications

Customer service experience, especially with high-touch clients.
Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Welcome colleagues and guests, ensuring their needs are met in a friendly, professional and engaging manner.
Manage guest and colleague inquiries promptly and courteously.
Complete assigned daily checklists to maintain workspace quality, improve performance and support accurate tracking.
Assist with room bookings and guest arrivals using existing processes and technology.
Maintain a clear, presentable and safe office environment across assigned floors.
Monitor workplace conditions, identify quality control issues and log service requests with the appropriate teams.
Provide first-line technical support, including reboots and connection inspections, before escalating unresolved issues to the Techbar.
Deliver occasional surprise-and-delight initiatives and pop-up events to enhance the workplace experience.
