Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Front of House Host to support onsite Management, deliver a premium guest experience and maintain a welcoming first impression for visitors and tenants.

You will manage front-of-house operations, post, couriers, access control and signing-in procedures, while collaborating with Building Management. You’ll also help enhance tenant experiences through events and communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles or front-of-house positions.
• Proactive and able to create a positive impression.
• Friendly, energetic and well-presented appearance.
• Clear communication and ability to connect with others.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Team-oriented with problem-solving attitude.
• Comfortable with IT tools and social media.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming Lobby: set up and maintain the reception to be warm and inviting.
• Greet and assist Visitors: welcome visitors and be the friendly face of the building.
• Represent the Client with care: show professionalism and knowledge when engaging with clients.
• Collaborate with Building Management to support contractors and tasks.
• Address issues and resolve them smoothly and efficiently.
• Plan events and activations: organise pop-up markets, food stalls and charity drives.
• Share site events and news on social media channels.
