Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in all aspects of customer service and people management.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting practices and principles.
• Ability to analyze and interpret client needs to offer options and resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming environment at the front desk.
• Check guests in and out of the hotel.
• Assist with luggage and provide directions and transportation where needed.
• Issue room keys, pamphlets, and discount cards.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Book telephone reservations and handle cash/payments.
• Maintain front desk and switchboard areas tidy and professional.
