Job summary

Holiday Inn London - Gatwick Airport is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our team and set the tone for every guest's stay with a warm welcome and helpful information about hotel services and local attractions.

You will represent the hotel for guests using our restaurants, bars, and meeting facilities. Training is provided, and applicants from various backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team.
• First impressions are everything and you will set the tone for every guest’s stay.
• Ideally you will have experience of working within a branded hotel environment but this doesn't essential and full training will be provided.
• We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required.
• If you are looking for career training we offer nationally recognized apprenticeships which sit alongside our detailed brand training.
• Please note that employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• You will be the face of our hotel for guests using restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.
• Answer questions and provide information about hotel services, facilities and the local area.
• We are busier during evenings and weekends; shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
