Job summary

ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport is seeking outgoing, dependable Hotel Receptionists to deliver a warm first impression and ensure guests want to come back. You'll check guests in and out, answer questions, and support their stay.

A great telephone manner, comfort with a computer for light admin, and flexibility are essential; some shifts may include serving alcohol. We offer 20 hours per week with a mix of midweek and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Hotel reception experience is preferred.
• Good customer service is essential.
• Able to work with a computer and do light admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and provide information about the hotel.
• Answer questions and support guests during their stay.
• Assist with light admin and take orders when needed.
