Premier Inn is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member at London Gatwick Airport (Manor Royal). You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, and assist with breakfast or dinner while ensuring the reception, restaurant and public areas run smoothly.

No hotel experience is required. If you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest through full training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Friendly, helpful personality with a can-do approach.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
