French Speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, where you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, attending client meetings, creating job adverts, headhunting candidates, managing interview processes, and building relationships with clients and candidates. Fluency in French is essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary with uncapped commission, an OTE of £45,000 in the first year, and the opportunity to earn over £230,000 with top performance. You will receive expert training, participate in monthly lunch clubs, and have the chance to go on incentive trips to destinations like Ibiza, Vegas, and Morzine.
