Tom Orange Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in the United Kingdom. You’ll receive full training, ongoing support, and a clear path to progression based on your performance.

No prior recruitment experience required – we’ll teach you the ropes and help you build a rewarding career in a fast-paced commercial environment. You will learn to identify candidates, build client relationships, and manage end-to-end recruitment, while aiming for targets

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, driven and personable Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to identify and attract talented candidates, build strong relationships with clients, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
