Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English required.
• Experience in HR operations or employee services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for service related questions for hiring managers, employees and HR team members and manage requests end-to-end.
• Create high end user experience and resolve queries quickly and professionally.
• Be knowledgeable of the business operations and key contacts; support HR calendar events; track and resolve issues.
