Job summary

Advancing People Multilingual Ltd is recruiting a French-speaking Customer Service Team Leader on a hybrid basis with 2 days in Nottingham City Centre.

You will lead and develop the Customer Service team, drive order book accuracy, enhance customer experience and ensure KPIs are met across the department, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience leading a Customer Service team and coaching staff.
• Ability to maintain high morale and drive KPIs across the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve customer service procedures and policies.
• Supervise and coach the Customer Service team.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and customers.
