Job summary

Percepta is seeking an Associate Enterprise Customer Success Manager (AECSM) to join our Dunton team, working with French-speaking enterprise customers. The role offers a hybrid-working model with remote days and occasional on-site meetings across the UK, France and Belgium.

You will manage the post-sale journey from onboarding to renewal, deliver training and strategic insights, collaborate with internal teams, and drive adoption, renewals, and expansions to maximize client ROI.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English written and spoken to professional level (C1+).
• Experience in SaaS or telematics/fleet tech is preferred.
• Strong account management and customer-facing skills with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the post-sale Customer journey from onboarding to renewal.
• Deliver training, support, and strategic insights to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams to champion the voice of the Customer.
• Analyse usage data to improve outcomes and reduce churn.
• Lead regular Business Reviews and manage renewals and extensions.
• Upsell/cross-sell software and services to boost ROI and satisfaction.
