Job summary

HeyGen is hiring a UK-based, French-speaking Enterprise Customer Success Manager (contract engagement) to own a book of Enterprise accounts across EMEA, with a focus on our French-speaking customers. You will drive value by anchoring ROI, leading executive reviews in French, and coordinating with Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing across time zones.

We seek a CS professional with SaaS experience, fluent in French and English, and comfortable working remotely within European business hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Consulting in a SaaS environment.
• Fluency in French and English, including writing customer-facing materials and leading executive conversations.
• German language is a strong plus given DACH expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale value realization for Enterprise customers and translate sales intent into measurable outcomes.
• Anchor customer conversations around business impact including cost structure reduction and time-to-content compression.
• Lead structured business reviews, primarily in French, to reinforce ROI and long-term value.
• Own renewal readiness and document value realized during the term.
• Identify expansion opportunities grounded in demonstrated impact and broader adoption, not opportunistic upsell.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing across time zones to ensure cohesive customer experience.
