Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (French-speaking) in London. You will own and grow a book of Enterprise customers across France and CEMEA, leading renewal negotiations, executive conversations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize value.

This hybrid role emphasizes product adoption, renewal management, and strategic guidance to secure long-term customer success and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Customer Success, Renewals or AM in SaaS/Enterprise software.
• Background in customer-facing SaaS role or HR/People & Culture experience.
• Strong collaboration and advisory mindset with customers and teammates.
• Proven track record of meeting retention and revenue goals in enterprise contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of Enterprise customers (France & CEMEA) as primary strategic advisor.
• Lead executive-level conversations with customers and partners.
• Drive product adoption, retention and outcomes across the book.
• Manage renewals, identify risks and secure on-time renewals.
• Negotiate complex contracts end-to-end with legal and finance.
