Job summary

Flexera seeks a Customer Success Manager (French speaking) to manage Enterprise accounts in the UK and French market. You will own the customer relationship, drive value realization, and coordinate with product, sales, and support to ensure renewals and growth.

The role requires strong executive communication, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives across cloud and on-premises deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Enterprise customers and renewals.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to C-level stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record in reducing churn and driving upsell.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with top Enterprise customers in the French market.
• Proactively managing lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and outcomes.
• Identify risks of churn and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) for Sales.
• Lead enablement and development plans for Customer Success.
