Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Client Success professional to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients in the UK or Spain, building strong relationships and ensuring clients receive value beyond their Gartner investment.

You will regularly engage with clients to understand priorities, recommend actions to drive retention and ROI, and collaborate with Gartner colleagues to maximize value. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in French & English at a business level.
• 3+ years relevant professional experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and manage relationships with existing clients ranging from senior C-level executives to more junior professionals across various business functions and companies.
• Regularly meet and engage with clients virtually to understand their business priorities, and recommend a program of action that drives high value, client retention, and client ROI.
• Collaborate with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients.
