Job summary

Gartner, Inc. in Egham, UK or Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Client Success professional to nurture and expand value for assigned client portfolios. You’ll partner with senior leaders to align Gartner services with business priorities and drive retention and ROI.

You will build relationships across client functions, meet regularly online, and collaborate with Gartner colleagues to maximize delivered value. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish & English at business level.
• 3+ years relevant professional experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and manage relationships with existing clients ranging from senior C-level executives to more junior professionals across various business functions and companies.
• Regularly meet and engage with clients virtually to understand their business priorities, and recommend a program of action that drives high value, client retention, and client return of investment.
• Collaborate with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients.
