Cast AI is expanding into France and the francophone market, hiring a French-speaking BDR in London to open it up. You’ll initiate conversations with engineers, DevOps, and cloud leaders in their language, shaping the early market approach.

You’ll work with a scaling EMEA BDR team and AEs who convert conversations into deals, with a product whose value is easy to land once a dialogue starts. Growth into an AE or leadership path is possible.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English (written and spoken).
• Interest in cloud, Kubernetes and AI tools.
• Demonstrated success in cold outbound with account research.
• Ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
• Detail-oriented pipeline management and follow-up.
• A tenacious, goal-oriented attitude with strong time management.

Responsabilités

• Open the French and francophone market with prospecting in French and English.
• Own pipeline generation and speak confidently about your book of business.
• Craft personalized outbound outreach to decision-makers across engineering, DevOps and cloud teams.
• Research target accounts using LinkedIn, Clay, Apollo, and other tools.
• Collaborate with AEs on territory planning and ICPs for France and the region.
• Experiment with messaging and cadences to resonate with French buyers; maintain CRM hygiene.
