CloudBees in London is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth across French and German-speaking markets. You will conduct multi-channel outbound outreach to target enterprise accounts, qualifying opportunities and setting up meetings for the sales team.

You will communicate in French, German, and English, collaborate with marketing and account executives, and develop tailored messaging that resonates with European buyers.

Competenze

• Languages: Business fluent French and German (C2), fluent English, written and spoken.
• Outbound experience: 1–3 years in sales or similar outbound roles.
• Research: ability to personalise outreach and identify decision-makers.
• Communication: strong written and verbal skills for introductions.
• Phone: comfortable cold calling and handling objections.
• Organisation: manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Persistence: track record of meeting and beating targets.
• Location eligibility: based in or near London with UK work rights.

Mansioni

• Run daily outbound activity—calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach in French, German, and English—to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting.
• Collaborate with Account Executives covering France and the DACH region and with marketing to align outreach.
• Research target accounts to tailor messaging and improve engagement.
• Localise and personalise outreach sequences for French and German-speaking prospects.
• Track and manage all activity in Salesforce, keeping records current.
• Refine outreach to improve response and conversion rates.
• Follow up and nurture leads through the funnel.
• Share learnings in team meetings and feed back to marketing.
